Full Bodied Copper Rooster Weathervane
This great old rooster weathervane is fashioned with soldered copper; it has an imposing tail of old red tin with rolled edges and sits on a directional arrow. The rooster is full bodied and stands 18 1/2 inches tall and measures 15 1/2 inches across at the widest point. The arrow and the rod it's attached to are heavy hollow metal. The ends of its tail and the peaked edges on its crown are slightly bent and there's some wear to the surface of the copper and the tin. It is a wonderful graphic image, large and well made, and will make an excellent addition to a collection of home.
