Here's a neat railroad collectible from days gone by, a celery dish manufactured by the Albert Pick Co. and used on the Rock Island Railroad. It has the Rock Island insignia under the decoration; much of the paint remains. The dish is 7 1/2 inches long and 3 3/4 inches wide. It has no chips or cracks. The china appeared to have bunched during manufacture around the inside bottom rim and there's some yellowing there, maybe the beginning of crazing. It's a wonderful railroad collectible from a line not so often found and would make an excellent addition to a collection.
