Vintage Embroidered Ecru Linen Envelope

This linen envelope is wonderful and in perfect condition. It is a pale ecru with silvery embroidery on the front flap.

It is 11 1/2" wide 4 3/4" high folded, open 9 1/4", the inner pocket is 4 1/2" deep.

I am not sure if it is for hankies, lingerie or private love notes. But beautiful and unique.
