Gorham Coin Silver Vase with Suspended Beading and Repousse Flowers (1870)

This is a gorgeous coin silver vase, made by Gorham in 1870. It features a saturn-like ring around the rim, suspended by silver beads. The body of the vase is decorated with a beautiful array of repousse flowers. On two sides of this piece, the spaces left for monograms are framed with lovely details. Finger-like leaves reach upwards from the base.

This is a very substantial piece, weighing in at 504 grams. It is 8 3/4" tall and 7" wide. This piece is in perfect condition. There is a monogram engraved on one side.
