Sterling Silver Dance Chatelaine with Brooch and Three Appendages
The three appendages of this sterling silver dance chatelaine are attached to an scroll pattern brooch with an amethyst cabochon stone. It is marked on the clips outside with a F for French & Franklin and inside Sterling. It suspends three chains and three non-matching patterned sterling silver appendages. One is a powder box with unidentified hallmark and monogrammed; a Webster coin dispenser; and a Foster and Bailey memo book. Overall very good condition. The coin holder shows a little wear having a couple of dents to the back. Late 19th/early 20th century. 5" h overall and weights 1.5 troy oz. Lovely feminine piece.
