Silver Overlay Bohemian Art Glass Vase
This is a beautiful Bohemian Art Glass Vase from the Art Nouveau Period. It is dark green and iridescent blue green with a foliate and floral silver overlay. The glass form has 3 stripes of dark green the base color of the glass; with 3 sections of iridescent glass. The exterior is decorated with silver overlay in a flowing pattern of leaves, flowers and vines. The neck of the vase is all silver overlay. It is 7 3/4" tall with the rim being 2 3/8" and the bottom foot being 2 5/8". The piece is marked sterling and on the bottom Austria. It is in wonderful condition with no chips , cracks or damage to the overlay or glass. Circa 1900.
