Shreve Sterling Silver Butter Pick in Dolores Pattern 1909

This is a fine single tine butter pick by Shreve, of San Francisco, designed by Joseph E. Birmingham and introduced in 1909. It is in the desirable and rare Dolores pattern, a modified arts and crafts motif. There is a hammered 'lap over edge' on the front of the pattern with a "B" monogram at the top. it is in excellent condition, weighting 18 grams and 5 3/4" in length. Lovely simple and elegant butter pick by Shreve.
