1970s Dan Lee Couture ~ Mint Green Floral Chiffon Maxi Dress w/ Shoulder Scarf ~ Near Mint Condition.
This dress is so gorgeous and it appears to have never been worn. Made by Dan Lee Couture, it retains its original price tag of $225, marked down to $150.
This dress is made of 100% mint green polyester chiffon and measures 59" long from shoulder to lower hem.
It is 18" across the bust, 16" across the waist and the hips are free. It is sleeveless with 9" arm openings. Although it is labeled as a Size 16, please check your measurements for an accurate fit (not a modern size and vintage fashion runs smaller).
This gown has a plunging V-neckline, gathered bust, and closes with a long, rear zipper. It comes complete with its original shoulder scarf that fastens on the back of the neck with a hook and eye closure. It has a wide sweep along its lower hem and the skirt and scarf are adorned with a stylized, lavender iris flower design.
The maker's label is still intact and this garment has not been laundered. We will leave that decision to the buyer. It is in fantastic condition, without stains, holes, rips or other noted damage.
A flowing, light green dress for your Spring wardrobe. It will make a divine addition to any vintage fashion collection.
