1920s Ditmar-Urbach ~ Set of 4 Handpainted Rose Saucers ~ Excellent Condition.
The Urbach brothers founded a factory in 1882 and in 1912, it was taken over by Richard Lichtenstern, who also owned Rudolf Ditmar Heirs factory in Znojmo, Czechia. The company was confiscated by the Nazis and became Ostmark-Ceramics AG in 1938.
This stunning, rare set of 4 saucers was made in a handpainted rose pattern. Circa 1920s or '30s, each ceramic saucer measures 5.75" wide and is without chips, cracks, or other damage.
They are all signed on the back, "Ditmar-Urbach Z [Znojmo] Made in Czechoslavakia."
This set has been well-kept and was obviously treasured by its former owner. They don't appear to have ever been used and all pieces are in beautiful condition.
Simply add a set of white porcelain cups for a delightful tea party.
