Where there is chrome and galalith in a geometric Modernist style it could be a Jakob Bengel. Here is a case in point. Bengel's pieces were not signed but these factors make a good case for identification of Bengel's origin. They measure 1 1/4" long with clip backs in a style consistent with the 30's era. The teardrop shape is a Modernist twist on the Art Deco more angular arrow style. The black cabochons test positive for galalith with the sour milk smell. I've priced it well for Bengel.
