A Very Fine 19th Century Signed Japanese Mixed Metal On Brass/Bronze Koro Urn Vase From The Early Meiji Period, Circa 1870. Unbelievable Craftsmanship, Nearly Every Inch Of The Base, Rims, Urn, Etc. Is Inlaid With Silver, And Other Metals. It Measures 16" Tall And Is Signed On The Bottom Rim. It Consist Of Four Parts That Fit Into Each Other, The Base Was Attached At One Time, But The Screws Gone. You Can See The Hand-Work In The Last Picture Of The Underside Of The Base.
