This very eye-catching vintage pin is from the Art Deco era, circa 1920's-1930's. Shiny, large oval of black galalith (slightly different chemical composition vs. bakelite, but same look and feel and same era) with a gold tone running greyhound mounted in the center. Old style T-bar and C-clasp. The greyhound is a frequently seen Art Deco era motif.

Excellent condition.
