Here is a example of French cameo glass produced by Legras. It measures 5" across and stands 3 1/4" tall. The bowl has a layer of tan opaque glass over a layer of amber colored glass. The outside design features green and brown seaweed going around the bowl. It has a nice form with the tricorner top. It appears there were at one time a few small nicks around the points on top of the bowl that have been smoothed out. There are also a couple of open bubbles on the bowl from the manufacture of the piece. It is signed in cameo Legras and dates to the early 1900's.
