Elegant Black Opal Inlay Diamond 14k Gold Vintage Ring

This is superior opal inlay, the design and the quality are magnificent. The black opals are glowing with green and blue and the two rows of channel set diamonds add the perfect touch of sparkle to this masterpiece.

The opals are simply stunning, they are genuine and from my side view photograph you can see those fantastic color streaks extend right through to the back. The back is coated with black to enhance those rich glowing colors.

The setting holds 14 2mm genuine diamonds, the diamonds are very eye clean SI1 with excellent brilliance. The setting is solid 14k yellow gold, it is stamped 14k A&A and the gold is tested with jewelers acid. The ring is a size 7 1/4 (can be reasonably re-sized larger) and it weighs 9.90g. The face measures 3/8" high (North~South), the opal setting covers 7/8" around the face of the ring and the face of the center opal sits 1/4" up off your finger.

The ring is in excellent vintage condition. The gold shows slight wear but no major gouges or damage. The opals are solid without chips or cracks or any damage. You will love this stunning piece, it looks fantastic on your finger and the craftsmanship is superior!
