Perfect Miniature Bed Warmer in Brass and Oak
Delightful miniature bed-warmer that is an exact replica of the larger model with an oak turned wood handle, just like those in the larger size. The brass bed warmer box is engraved with a very detailed Nordic looking ship, and there is a small ring on the front which you use to open the bed warmer. Very fun piece, also great for dolls (my Southern Ladies love it as you can see). Warmer is in good estate condition, commensurate with age, I have not polished the brass as I like the patina, but I did use a wax polish on the wood which had dried a little with age, and is now restored to its original rich hue.
