Vintage Carved Bone Elephant Design Tribal Necklace
Nice vintage carved ox bone necklace with an elephant design, very ethnic or tribal looking. The necklace is formed of a mixture of round beads, carved smaller elephant beads and a pendant, all fashioned from hand carved bone, and the barrel clasp is also of carved bone. The necklace measures 18" long with a 2" dropper, it is in very nice condition, there are two tiny indents to the pendant, which I think were from in the making (see photos) I found no other chipping, cracking, or damage, just slight age related yellowing to the bone. Great piece of elephant jewelry made of natural materials, very unusual and wearable.
