I remember these (oh dear, what an age giveaway!). Cool set of circa 1960's cast brass Indian bells, imported by Bells of Sarna (a specialist importer of the period). There are a total of five single and one double bell, they are approx 3" tall, and are threaded on the original multi strand cotton cord and measure approx 1yd long, they each have a different shape and tone, some have worn enamel and some are etchec, see photos. Very different take on the wind chime principle, these are great period decor, just add the bean bag and incense................Bells are in good estate order with no cracks or damage, they have patina and could be polished brighter, they show age related wear to the enamel, but are great looking and great fun!
