Rare & Beautiful Lady Head Antique Majolica Humidor or Tobacco Jar

Highly desirable antique majolica humidor or tobacco jar in the form of an Inca or Mexican ladies head. The jar is in very good condition with one tiny old paint flake missing on the reverse of the head, some old very tiny flea biting round the rim, some light scratches/wear to the finish on the ladies cheeks, and a tiny old flake to one corner of the base (which is virtually invisible) - see photos as part of the description. Very attractive version of this form of early tobacco jar, dating to the around the 1890's, and in good condition for the age and use, it is unmarked other than with serial numbers to the base. The jar measures approx 5" tall including the lid, it would be a wonderful addition to a collection of majolica, humidors or other tobacciana, it displays delightfully.
