Vintage Pomeranian Dog Set Signed Figural " Ceramic Arts Studio" Realistic
This wonderful matched pair of signed Pomeranian dogs or puppies were made in Madison Wisconsin in the 1940's by Ceramic Arts Studio. Designed by Betty Harrington they are featured in the book Ceramic Arts Studio " The Legacy of Betty Harrington" by Donald-Brian Johnson 2003 on page 113. This set is very life like and are a great addition to any dog collections or if you like well made figurals. The standing Pomeranian is hard to find because the legs are usually broken. This pair is "perfect" with no chips or scratches. Colors are bright and bold. The standing dog is 2-1/2 inches tall and 2-3/4 inches wide. The sitting dog is 2 inches tall and 2-1/2 inches wide. A great set to have in any collection.
