Antique Cranberry Art Glass Biscuit Jar Quilted English Stunning
Fresh to Ruby Lane from an older Kentucky estate. I am adding a lifetime collection of these biscuit barrel jars one at a time to my shop. Stunning. Gorgeous. I believe this is of English origin. No chips, cracks, or repairs. The quilted cranberry art glass is shaded from bright pink cranberry down the length of the jar and the glass as you can see on the pictures also has an iridescence the closer to the bottom of the jar you get. No marks that I can find. The size is approx.8 1/2 inches tall and 15 1/2 inches around the widest part of the jar. I have elected to take these photos outside to really show the gorgeous color of this piece.
