Vintage "Boss Mfg." Leather Hand Corn Husker Tool in Unused Condition

This is a neat vintage farm tool in excellent unused condition. It is the Boss Corn Husker. In 1887 a farmer living in Kewanee, Illinois invented a unique corn husking tool. He named that tool, which was a husking pin, the Perkins Boss Husker. The Perkins Husker Company was reorganized in 1893 to become the Boss Manufacturing Co. This Boss Husker is in excellent unused condition. It is a chartreuse colored leather and is stamped with "Boss Husker" Manufacturing logo.
