Vintage 1950s Hat in Brilliant Sunny Yellow, Trimmed with a Plethora of Wildflowers

From circa 1959, this beautiful sunny yellow vintage hat simply oozes charm.

Created from faux cellophane straw, the hat features a deep crown that pulls down over the head in a cloche style. The mountains of tiny, wired millinery wildflowers band the crown to create a look that will make any woman stop to take high tea.

Quite wearable and in superb vintage mint condition, the hat appears to have never been worn. The interior label reads Christine Original. Every flower on this hat has been finished with multitudes of hand stitching.

The hat measures approximately 22 inches or 56 cm. It pops over the head much like the 1920s cloche styles and wears quite comfortably. It is superb for exhibition display.
