Estate jewelry from the mid to late 1950s, this is a marvelous articulated Kramer necklace with matching earrings set. Set with little onyx beads between moveable joints, the jewelry set has a very warm, silver tone to it.
Absolutely quality construction...and clearly marked with the desirable 1950s Kramer logo, the necklace is articulated to perfectly bend and move just enough so that it lies comfortably around the neck.
It is designed with an adjustable chain, that engages with the hook clasp so that the necklace will lie across the very top of the collar bones, on most women.
The earrings perfectly match and have clasps, but would be strong enough to convert to pierced by a professional jeweler if you desire.
The main design to the necklace is approximately 12.25 inches or 31 cm in length...but the overall length measures 17.25 inches or slightly under 44 cm. The earrings are 1.25 inches or 3 cm long. It is very clean and in superb vintage mint condition.
