Rare Antique Petite Victorian Superb 9ct Gold Ornate Hoop Earrings ~ c1880
They are in a puffed design which gives an interesting profile. The gold has a wonderful warm antique patina and they have original hinged wires with C hook closures. The wires are marked 9CT (very rubbed) and the earrings test for 9 carat gold.
The earrings measure 3/4 inch from the ear and just under 1/2 inch wide with 5/16 inch in the width of the hoop. Weight is 1.3 grams.

The earrings are in superb antique condition ~ these have been beautifully cared for. An outstanding pair of petite antique Victorian earrings.
