Early American Building Watercolor by C Ray

This undated watercolor by unknown artist C Ray features a mid- to late-1800s American Colonial Revival cottage, farm building or farm house, typical of many built around the country from the Carolinas to central Texas. It's a pretty building with a mix of wooden siding, shingles and stonework. It has three chimneys and is surrounded by minimal landscaping and one tall tree.

Age: This painting is undated, but it most likely dates to the 1980s or 90s. I have been unable to identify this artist.

Size: App 17" x 14 1/2" framed, with 11" x 9" viewable. It is very nicely framed a simple matte, with frame and matte color choices that compliment the watercolor paints.
