Hat Cloche Feathers Velvet 1950s Black. Exquisite black velvet hat in cloche style with multi colored feathers. In mint condition it has netting over to preserve the feathers beautifully. Wire in the rim to show a very good hat maker. 1950s Union label as shown. The hat is 21.0 inches inside circumference. 8.50 inches across base of hat and crown is 6.0 inches tall.
