Creative design has ornate, embossed trim and charming gold feet that are a wonder to see. Side decorations are red, peach and pink roses framed in red, white with raised, scrolled, gold trim. Lid has a fancy gold tone finial and ornate scrolled trim. Truly a work of art. Embossed on the bottom: Blue Bird Confectionery Harry Vincent Limited Hunnington, Worchestershire England.
Condition is very good; lid is slightly dented and there are minor scratches and some paint wear but none detracts from the delicacy and charm that this pretty box has. Imagine receiving this beautiful box as a gift and then have the bonus of it being filled with confectionery treats!
