Hammered and Stamped Battle Mountain Turquoise Navajo Bracelet

A beautiful early piece from the late 1920's with lovely early stamping complete with eagle feather, whirling logs and leaf motifs along with some nice file shaping of this hammered coin silver bracelet. The all original Nevada stones have varying degrees of hardness with the center stone admitting more body oils and thus turning a very deep rich green so typical of early Battle Mountain turquoise. The flanking stones are much harder and have not turned quite as green but all three stones are original to the bracelet. A lovely early piece. Reminiscent of later Fred Harvey designs. Center stone is 3/4" x 1/2". Bracelet 1 1/8" width at center. Overall length 5 3/4" with a 1 1/8" gap. Tested as sterling sterling silver. Weight is 40.2 grams.
