Navajo Ketoh 1910

The earliest Ketoh in the collection is notable for the lack of turquoise and simple stamp work as well as plain domed buttons. Leather work shows evidence of linear edge stamping which has all but faded away. Leather is in good condition for the age. A unique and beautiful piece. Leather measures 3" x 9". Ketoh measures 2 7/8" x 2" with 1/4" and a 1" button. Tested as coin silver. Coin silver is an alloy of 90% silver and 10% copper.
