Hubbell Trade Bead and Coral Victorian Necklace
At the turn of the century the Hubbell Trading Post provided Czech glass beads to the Indians for trade of goods. These beads are very rare and special. They are made to resemble turquoise with a powder blue color and orange matrix. There are 28 7mm Hubbell beads and fine quality Victorian coral strung between them. The coral beads are barrel shaped, tomato red and vary in size and shape between 3mm and 4mm. The clasp is pinchbeck and screws together. The necklace is 17 1/2" long. Weight is 45.5 grams.
