Hopi Polychrome Food Bowl

1920's Hopi food bowl by Sadie Adams features a recurved lip and the iconic Hopi eagle (this is a fine example of Sadie's version as seen on many of her pieces) which was adapted and used by the Fred Harvey Company as their logo around this time period. No cracks or chips mar the finely painted decoration of this wonderful piece. The only wear from use as a food bowl occurs in the center of the eagle motif and the bottom of the bowl itself. Lovely polished leather patina and wonderful golden color makes this a very displayable piece of Hopi artistry. 2 1/2" x 8".
