Bold Modernist Rhinestone Necklace and Earrings Set
This is a gorgeous vintage set from the 1970's designed in a modernist style. The necklace has a sliding middle section that is 3 1/8" long by 1 5/8" wide accented with round crystal and blue rhinestones, a large givre and clear faceted triangular acrylic rhinestone and a 25mm round faceted clear acrylic rhinestone. All beads can slide on the large snake chain, the beads are goldtone plated, the large barrel beads are copper colored. The necklace measures from end to end is 17" long including an adjustable chain of 1 1/2" and a J hook. The clip dangle earrings have a large triangular crystal rhinestone that is prong set, and round cut clear rhinestones, their dimensions are 1 7/8" long by 1 1/8" wide ( I do believe they are a match). They are part of the unsigned beauty family, but I would definitely say Italian top designer pieces. This fantastic set was purchased at a High End Estate Sale, I was told that the original owner was a fashion model. I was so amazed by all her jewelry, I bought the whole lot, and will share them now with you. Most of her pieces are signed by top designer as you will see as I add them to our shop.
