Large Floral Still Life Oil Painting signed by Artist
This is a marvelous large ( 23.25" x 26.25" ) floral still life oil painting on canvas that I have purchased at a High End Estate Sale. The fantastic combination of colors are shades of yellow, orange, pink, green, blue, red, black and white. The flowers are just amazing. I was told that she had purchased it in the early 40's, and that she travelled a lot abroad. It is signed C Her Hoeven ( this is what I read). Looking at it, I know it was not done by an amateur, the whole painting is so well created. The condition is excellent, in a very pretty wood frame. It really does stand out, and will make a superb addition to a home decor.
