Beige cotton dress with soutache for Bebe or German dolly

This adorable beige cotton dress with white cotton soutache came off a German dolly, but would work well for a French Bebe also.The soutache is in 2 layers around the skirt and is hand applied around the neck. It closes in the back with snaps. Measurements: from neck to hem is 12", chest 7", sleeve 5" waist is 14". Hard to say what age it is but it definitely is vintage and very well made.
