Pale Blue Moon Wreath Pin

This wonderful older moon pin has six raised crescents. It is in excellent condition and contains beautiful and flawless icy blue rhinestones expertly faceted to catch and reflect every ray of light. The large rhinestones are dog-tooth set, the smaller ones in the circle are prong-set, and the tiny rhinestones in the crescents are glued in. They are all original to the piece...they are all perfect. The back of the pin is rhodium plated. It is not signed.

The pin has a diameter of 2" (including the crescents). The roll-over locking clasp works as it should and keeps the pin closed securely.

It's difficult to show the incredible sparkle and depth of these older rhinestones in photographs. This pin is a another reminder of how remarkable the workmanship and quality of vintage jewelry can be.
