Danecraft Sterling "Hearts and Flowers" Wreath Pin

This charming vintage Danecraft sterling silver pin is an intricate interplay of heart shapes and flowers. Every other ornately decorated heart around the wreath-shaped pin has a flower on top of it. The hearts without flowers have a little scrolled centerpiece. Typical of Danecraft's jewelry made after World War II, this vintage pin is extremely well-made and beautifully designed. It's in excellent condition without any problems although some may want to polish it further. I cleaned it with a soft cloth.

The diameter of the pin is 1-3/8 inches. The pin has some depth as the flowers and the little silver balls in their centers stand out about 3/16" from the side. There is a roll-over locking clasp that works as it should and keeps the pin closed securely. The signature cartouche is shown in the last photo.
