Vintage Pink Opaline Floraform Vase with Leaf Base & small Chip

This is a pretty vintage art glass vase that has defied identification. It is made of clear glass with strips of opaline pink and pale green peppered with silver. The green looks like uranium glass, but it is not. It doesn't glow under black light. The flower of the vase is set into a leaf form base. The shape of leaves are also impressed into the upper surface of the base. The base has a dull yellow-green glow under black light, particularly at the tips of the leaves, so I believe the vase is old. It is in good shape. The only damage is a 3/16" (0.5 cm) chip under the bottom of the rim. The vase is about 5.5" (13.8 cm) tall and 5.75" (14.6 cm) wide at the rim. It weighs 1 lb 7 oz (652 g). Shipping wt 2 lb 10 oz.
