These huge birds are even more beautiful in person than in pictures. The birds are made of crystal clear glass with blue canes running bill bill to tail. The optics of the glass play with the canes, so they appear thick or thin, depending on the angle of view. The birds were designed for Cenedese. The birds are on a spherical base that has a sommerso blue vessel. The eyes are a matching blue. There is no damage. The bills and tails are smooth and round. There are no cracks, repairs, or noticeable scratches. The tallest bird is 19.5" tall and about 6" wide. It weighs 5 lb 10 oz. The second bird is the same design, but the neck is bowed so it stands a little over 12" tall and 9" wide. It weighs 6 lb. The base of each bird has been protected from wear by a cut piece of felt. The pair has been very well cared for. These birds are often referred to as cranes, herons, or egrets. They are quite impressive. Unmarked but attributed with confidence. Shipping wt 21 lb.
