Jody Fine Filigrana Swirl Art Glass Bowl made in 1986 Signed

I purchased this bowl in Texas a few years ago. I originally thought it was a bowl that was missing its pedestal, but have since learned that these types of bowls were made this way. The bowl is a pale blue glass that is hollow in the center with an opening on bottom. The light mezza filigrana is carefully done and very nice. The bowl was made by Jody Fine Glass of Texas in 1986. Jody Fine is famous for his marbles and Italian style vessels. The bowl has no damage. There is much roughness in the glass of the bottom opening, but it was done in the making. The opening is ideal for using a small light bulb to light the bowl from within. The bowl is 8.5" (21.6 cn) in diameter and a little over 3.5" (9 cm) tall. It is heavy, weighing 2 lb 12 oz (1.2 kg). It is signed "J. Fine Glass c 86 on bottom.
