From early 1900s China and hand wrought from solid 925 or higher silver. The trumpet shape has a a fluted rim and a ring around the stem near the foot. There are three circular panels with a hammered background and Chinese characters or sinographs in repousse. I believe the characters mean Flower, Happiness, and God (supernatural being). The underside of the foot displays hand hammered marks.
The height is 5 5/8" (14.3 cm) and the top diameter is 2 3/4" (7 cm). The weight is 79 grams but there is a small plug of heavy metal in the bottom half inch of the stem to weight the vase. There are no hallmarks but it is guaranteed to be sterling or higher silver content. There are very tiny dings near the foot.
