Neat Scroll Cut Early Foot / Work Stool- Very Sturdy & Good Size

I picked this up from the Monson Mass area and just like foot rest and stool and found they sell well. This would be a great addition to a country store or the pantry of a Victorian era house with the original brown stain going. It does have a rubber like matting on top that I'm truly not sure if it is original or put on later. The stool looks 1890's or so to me and the matting looks maybe 1920's but the tacks used look original. I tried to picture it well to both show it off and answer questions for more knowledgable folks than I. In any case it is very sturdy and usable, priced nicely not to hurt and for a quick sale. It measures 20" x 12"x 10 1/2" tall. Thanks for your time and interest.
