II just picked this up from the historic Windsor CT area and it is estate fresh. I like it because well I have never seen anything like it in the past and the jewels that decorate it throughout are wonderful in both color and variety. It is not in perfect condition and should be fairly easy to repair if one desires. I have pictured it well and showed both hairlines and the piece display very nicely. It measures 11" wide and 9 1/4" high and besides the two already mentioned it is in very good condition. From the little I have just learned it appears to have been made in the 1920's time frame and is clearly marked as both Amphora and made in Czechoslovakia. I like it and it will be looking good in my house while for sale. I'm not sure weather to call it Art Nouveau or Arts and Crafts but it is cool. I paid well for it and priced it reasonably hoping for a quick sale. From what I have been seeing this could very well be a $650-750 piece if perfect so there is still good value there for this most unusual piece. Thanks for your time and interest,
