I have been very busy both selling and going to the many good pre-Christmas auctions here in southern New England trying to get some more good stuff in the shop for shopping enjoyment. This is very nice and should make a collector pretty happy. Unfortunately I can not find and makers marks and will continue to research to try to find maker. It is from a very good collection that consisted of violins and horns and everything certainly looked very early 1900's. It is in excellent condition with no damage that I can see anywhere and has just the slightest crack on the bottom of base which I tried to picture properly. It truly effects nothing. I can not play well but it still even sounds good. It measures about 26" long and 10 1/4" wide on the body, the neck goes about 13" total. I think it has to be from the twenties anyway but appears like it can be a bit older and I will continue to research this nice find. I tried to offer it at good value to my customer in hopes of a quick sale and another happy customer. Thanks for your time and interest and the nice first two years on Ruby Lane.
