I picked up some nice items at one of my favorite auction houses in upstate New York this weekend and will be trying to get everything listed into the shop in the next couple of days. these are in excellent condition and they certainly appear to me to be from the 1890-1910 time frame. I pictured them well to both show them off and answer a question or two. I believe they are pewter and beside a bit of dust I truly can not find anything wrong with either. They measure the mentioned 13" tall and 5" on the bottom. The bases are a enameled cast iron which really makes me think 1890's. Anyway, I tried to price them for both good value to my customer and hoping for a quick sale because there are a ton of good estate auctions coming up here in southern New England and I would like to find more neat stuff for the shop and your consideration. Thanks for the nice first two years on Ruby Lane.
