I picked up some nice items at the Brimfield Antique show last week and will be getting all into store shortly and as far as I can tell though unmarked it is very original and guaranteed to be so. I believe she was made by National Foundry and she is probably from the 1880's-90's Victorian time frame. The size, glaze, eyes all appear to be proper as is the looks of the original paint. But I like her and have always tried to score decent doorstops when I can. I tried to picture her nicely to both show her off and the great original paint and answer some questions. She measures the mentioned 5" tall and 3 1/2" wide at the widest party of her skirt and weighs 3 lbs 5 ounces and will keep any interior door open no problem. She has great color tone that will look great in many a decor. I purchased him for a nice price so I can offer him to my shop visitors for good value in hopes of a quick sale, so I can get busy. Thanks for your time and interest and the nice first two years on Ruby Lane.
