I picked this up this last weekend from the Albany New York area at one of my auction houses. I always try to purchase Roseville even though it is not the hottest thing going right now because I like it and the way I look at it is as long as you purchase wisely and as long as not damage or lost, it is money in the bank. Anyway this is green Peony which is certainly a busy pattern and has the green base to Salmon upper portion going. This does have two what looks to be firing misses and I tried to picture them true. They really are minor and do not take away bit i figured I better mention them. It books for 125-175 so I'm trying to price accordingly and to have another happy visitor. I tried to picture this nice 1940's pottery piece nicely to both show it off and answer some questions. It measures the mentioned 7 1/2" tall and about 6 1/4" wide at the handles. I purchased it for a nice price so I can offer him to my shop visitors for good value in hopes of a quick sale, so I can get busy. Thanks for your time and interest.
