KPM Plaque After Rembrandt "Mann mit dem Goldhelm"

Presented for sale is a KPM porcelain plaque painted in the late 19th century by C. Schubert after Rembrandt's haunting portrait titled "Mann mit dem Goldhelm" (The Man With The Golden Helmet). This beautifully executed rendition of Rembrandt's masterpiece has been painted on porcelain by one of KPM's premiere painters.

The plaque has been set into a heavy carved framed, is titled on the verso with impressed KPM marks, and is protected with archival glass. It is in perfect condition.
