Classical New York Empire Work Table w/ Hairy Paw Feet, Stenciled
Presented for sale is a rare early 19th century New York classical Empire work table of mahogany woods supported on a pedestal terminating in hairy paw feet. The base is finely carved with crisp detail and the case is stenciled along the border of the top and corners.
The work table is in very good condition with a few areas of veneer fracturing and stencil restoration, otherwise it is in original condition.
Size: 31 1/2" Height by 21 3/4" Width by 18 1/2 Depth.
