Multiple Step Molded French 19th C. Carved Retangular Mirror

A fabulous 19th century French wall mirror with multiple step molded frames embellished with intricate carvings. The mirror can hang either horizontally or vertically, it is now wired to hang horizontally.

The heavy frame is in very good condition with minor professional restoration to the carving. The gilded finish is original and imparts a mellowed patina, still in magnificent condition. The looking glass is old but possibly a later replacement.

Professional crating or hand delivery will be a must for shipment on this piece.
