Royal Vienna Style Hand Painted Cabinet Plate
Offered for sale is an early 20th century Royal Vienna style cabinet plate with raised gilt decoration and portrait medallions on a jewel colored background. The plate features a hand painted scene depicting the classical story of "Diana in the Garden," being bathed by her handmaidens, after the original painting by Angelica Kaufmann.
The plate is in excellent condition with minor gilt wear to one panel on the rim.
